Zeal Realty is seeking talented sales professionals that can inspire their customers to achieve their home ownership or investment goals throughout Central Florida.

Our team of entrepreneurs are earning 100% of their commissions and have direct access to our Broker who provides you 1:1 mentorship and coaching.

Responsibilities:
- List and sell residential real estate
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
- Host open houses and other events
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients
Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) active Real Estate Licensure required
- All agents must belong to Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA) within 30 days of on-boarding
- You must have reliable and insured form of transportation
- Be outgoing, professional and tenacious with a can-do attitude
- Be collaborative and willing to work with fellow agents in and out of our brokerage
- Be tech-savvy
